As @spada said - same rifle. With a 6.5 Creedmoor being a centrefire means that the firing pin hits the primer in the center so both large and small primers work in the same rifle.
I use large primers on Hornady brass and they are working just fine. Not expensive either. But my understanding is that the small primer brass is stronger because there is a smaller hole in the back of the brass so it will likely give a longer life (more reloads) if properly looked after.
I have been looking at better quality brass, but finding other than Hornady in Large Primer is not easy. Starline is potentially another option, but I did not see availability and pricing on it yet. Might be that it is available elsewhere in the world but not so much here.
