    I have a 44 mag shooting 280 grain subsonic, I have it sighted in for 80 yards and its about 2" high at 50 and 2" low at 90 and 3" low at 100. Have not gotten around to shooting any live targets yet but that should give you a bit of an idea of trajetory.
