    Shit I should have kept all my certifications and CSL active, I was transporting high quantities of class 1 every day.
    The other ones that every one has over looked is also matches and firelighters comes under class 1 in large quantities too.
    And on top of that the requirement to have a second person in the cab for over tools of trade quantities- 250kg with dg licence ( think thats still current)

    Most probably, considering nothing has changed legislation wise.
    I guess it would be fruitful ground to look into the changes in management at WORKSAFE. New senior staff over the last year? Their previous affiliations to University gun-hating cliques? Affiliations to NZ political groups who hate guns? Personal relationships with the disarmament clique in NZ police management? From Otago, Victoria, Massey, or Waikato universities?
    The list goes on, but it would be a fair bet that someone is on a personal agenda.
