I believe Hornady training the one with the steel case ran at between 55, and 60,000 psi so they can take some pressure. I used quite a bit of wolf and Barnaul 223 before it became unobtainable. Only the wolf was boxer primed and I reloaded a few out if interest, no different to brass is my recollection. I do remember whatever they lacquered them with was good stuff, a week in a damp pack and no rust and they all went off
