Bullshit. Big steaming pile of bullshit. I had multiple misfires with CCI primers until I was shown to do this. I changed NOTHING else and have not had any misfires in over twenty years no matter the load or primer. The only misfires Ive had in last ten years were black powder loads than had too high of moisture content and had started to corrode cases.
