    No, Lapua make both types, I have 400 of the the large rifle primer Lapua 308w match grade. From what I can read a small rifle primer gives a slightly better SD, but it has to be a warm/hot day or it wont work as well and even mis-fire.

    The key word in 7x64's post is "Palma".
    Lapua Palma cases are 308 cases for small rifle primers.

    Yes Lapua make casses for large and small primers - but Lapua Palma cases are specific for small rifle primers.
