    do they eats those possums in USA I know squirrels are eaten in some areas

    If you’ve seen a yank possum …… ah nah…. But in Kentucky ,the Carolina’s,and parts similar well maybe they do…????..

    I was an exchange student to the USA In 77,(Kentucky)…. The locals would take “huttin”and would shoot anything that moved…. We never kept anything for “eetin”….

    I once read a recipe for Brunswick squirrel so maybe they munch those

    If you've ever seen what a plover does to a turbine engine... Bastards are quite rightly a very endangered species around airports.

    bit off topic turns out in America they have a possum pie- buts its a bit like pumpkin pie - has no possum meat or any meat its more of a fancy chocolate pie

    I'm told the Richardson ground squirrels are cannibals, I have a few friends that shoot them.

    Shoot one wait for another to come for a feast and bang, you can end up with a pile of them and not have to move

    In the 70s & early 80s, I used to love hunting them with a .22 air rifle in India. They are the Indian striped squirrels that are about 15 to 18 inches long including the bushy tail. Weigh about 300 gms live I guess. they look like the American Chipmunks but at least double the size.

    I used to love hunting them on the giant ficus trees with huge branches. Occasionally I would even get a quick shot on the run. Missed a lot though
