14 months without pulling the trigger

I hadn't pulled the trigger for 14 months until this morning, got this little girl at first light grazing in a little clearing on the side of a hill with her mum at 143 meters

Great stuff! I know the feeling of getting one after a long delay. I was out of action for about the same length of time due to injury.

well thats what happens when dodgy eqc repairers make dodgy staircases that collapse. 6 metre fall till i grabbed hold to stop going further. 80plus kg of me plus velocity = allot of damage

That really sucks, I need a "dislike" button. Sounds like you were lucky to be back into action i'd say.

Thanks for the replies guys, it was good to get out again although the lay off wasn't through injury.
I took up lawn bowls about a year ago and over committed so now Im going to do it in moderation as I love my hunting and boating too much.
Had the tenderloins last night, very tender and tasted amazing.
