    You can ( or used to be able to) climb up the waterfall. Prepare to possibly be wet up to thigh deep freezing water. I was up little Mt Peel 2 weeks ago and animal numbers were fairly low. Only saw 2 tahr in 45 minutes of glassing just after sunrise. There are tahr and deer in there if you spend time looking but pretty steep country.
