Thread: Anybody for a hunt?

Just a thought. Should there be a sticky thread for arranging hunts with others, be it to get to know people, share costs of transport, or to pass on knowledge?

I haven't been for a long time due to personal circumstances and would be keen to go with somebody that has some experience, even if it ment not taking a rifle and just being able to watch and learn.

Yeah. Good idea. There are always people out there looking for a bit of a hand, especially if hunting a new area.

Be helpful to state the area you live in

Yeah pretty much in the same boat. I was always crap at scouting new areas out just stick to the old or close ones.
Now I'm on this side of the divide I a bit screwed really

I'd be keen if your up for a stumble around the Pureora's and more than happy to pass on my knowledge of how not to do it.

groovy my father in law will tag along too he doesnt hunt much but hes a wealth of knowledge/bullshit and is a awesome camp mother
