About LinkBacksI have a wood blued Shorttrac in .308, had it for the last 4 years. Great shooter, comes up well and shoulders nicely, makes for a very nice bush gun. It shoots .5" at 100 all day long with 150g Sierra Pro Hunters and 47gr 2208, albeit running a little slow. Makes for a cheap day at the range...as long as you don't loose too much brass, because boy does it throw them!
I have a mate who is now dead keen on one since playing with mine, they really grow on you.
