How do you find this with Sika? I've heard that deer do pick up blue.

Sounds like I'll be heading for a blaze pink or blue hat of sorts then. I agree orange can be hard to see. Being a colourblind fella myself it's often hard to see orange in the bush. I got given bright orange golf balls as a prank gift at secret Santa one year. Lost them pretty quick...

Another option is acid yellow/lime green; the same overjacket colour that police motorcyclists wear. According to what I have been able to glean by way of information, this colour is more liable to be seen by colour blind hunters (and not deer) than any other (and a very large percentage of men are colour blind to a greater or lesser extent).

The late great Philip Holden had his wife sew red strips on his hunting shirts to minimise his chances of being mistaken for a deer .he also stated tying a bright coloured piece of cloth to antlers etc being carried out on shoulders wasnt a bad idea.A sassy pink g string might be the option these days-certainly make you sit up and look! not recommended for the roar -one of those amorous young stags whose just munched on some bush grown electric puha, might be feeling a tad amorous and ....dont say i didnt warn you.

I'm colourblind and while I can see orange and pink these colours don't "jump" out at me in the way they do for others. I can see blue in the bush easily.
Hedging bets might be the way to go - blue cap, orange vest, pink undies

People may mistake you as WOKE and you might be at higher risk.

    Agree.

Just wear an orange or red beanie or cap.

Yeh, 8% won't see it, but that means 82% will.

Nothing is perfect in this world, but I'll take 82% for 95% of the day anytime over doing nothing and just hoping i get lucky.
