Am just musing; but there must be something effective while legal that we in NI could do. School hols though. Taupo is a bloody madhouse with traffic today. Perhaps a line of us all along SH1 somewhere with signs? Maybe near Napier Taupo roundabout or somesuch?
There are plenty of people in NZ that dont know what a Tahr is or that we have them wild in the Sth Island. One was a mid 60's woman, a friend of the wifes and an animal lover. She has been educated!
We'll be there, might have a spare seat travelling from Ashburton/Methven if anyone needs a pew.
It's like a horrible virus thats emanted from a bloody great concrete cave in wellywood. Virulent.

Great way to get the message out there, we need a lot of the people who aren't hunters but are against this indiscriminate slaughter of an endangered ( overseas ) species by brainless twits we call our government.
i hope someone has thought to invite a mp or two down, maybe David Seymour i see he has a spokesperson for the council of licenced firearm owners on the team so maybe his support of the game animal council and all of us passionate hunters could be too our advantage.
