    Butcher in Chch

    Looking for a good (preferably cheap) butcher in or around Chch for deer, pigs and sausages.

    Your thoughts would be appreciated

    I'm wanting to get some salami made. does Chris bromley age the salami before giving it back to you or do you have to hang it yourself? last place I used I had to hang and age it myself and it was a hassle
