I would give my back teeth to have a go at that.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Nah I would need to get them back from the army VC. The buggers took my wisdom teeth before they were even showing. I reckon they needed some practise for the dentist in Burnham Camp so I got compulsorily volunteered along with a bunch of other young soldiers that didn't know any better than to obey orders.

Don't know where in Central you were , but we are seeing heaps of pigs around my area .
Its really drying up out west and its concentrating the pigs around water , after a couple of good breeding seasons and no one hunting for the chiller boxes the numbers are really getting up .
How do you find the Aimpoint ? I've never used one , but have been tempted .

Hi Ken, I live at Tannum Sands and we were shooting east of Emerald. The Aimpoint is a very reliable unit that combine with a pilot with a steady hand it is a very economical way of controlling pig numbers. The trick is to remove the pigs shot so as the wild dogs and pigs don't profit from a feed.

Your'e not allowed to say the "D" word are you.??

I'm heading to the NT in a few weeks on my yearly cull hunt, it's common to come across mobs of 20 - 30 pigs. Those "wild dogs" are grafty little fcukers to knock over. Two years ago I saw a guy head shoot one running at about 120 meters.

I can't speak for rob270 but I don't know anyone here that has a problem calling them Dingo's . The local shires which have a bounty on their scalps use the word Dingo in their literature .
But Wild Dog means just that , " a wild dog "
You will not find a pure breed Dingo anywhere apart from some isolated pockets and even then I'd be surprised .
The two latest " Dogs " I've shot looked more Cattle dog than Dingo , but you could still see it in them .
I agree they are crafty buggers and its not often you get a chance at a older mature dog .
Most of the ones shot are younger adolescent type dogs that haven't quite learnt the cunning yet .
Trapping and poison is the best medicine when they become a problem and most Dogs shot are just chance encounters when your going about business , you look up and see a dog watching you .

I shot this one awhile ago with my phone camera , didn't have the 223 with me which is typical .
