Thread: Clements Mill Road

Hi all
Just wondering about the condition of Clements Mill Road? Looking to take a small caravan in to the campsite at end of the road for some quiet time Its been a while since I was in there so looking for some recent updates as it has been a wet winter Any info greatly appreciated.

Road's good with as few potholes but OK if you take it slow.
There's one awkward bit around a fallen tree with slushy mud but I can't remember whether before or after the big campsite.

The tree is after the main campsite if it’s the open camp site on right hand side your talking about. Was up there in the weekend but not familiar with what campsites what.

I only went as far as the Army Road campsite.
That was last staurday.

i was camping there at Army road 20th Tuesday Wednesday got flooded out due to heavy rain plenty of sign up the track and north of Army Road. Now on holiday at ED Rotorua for 4 days

Assuming ED means emergency department, are you OK @kawekakid?

Hope KK made a quick recovery! Thanks for the updates, I think we will stay at the mill site and travel the road each day. Will report back when we return.

Operation went well .just recovery now. the whole process in hospital has gone well . been amused by the idiots in the car park .even had a set of boobs flashed at me from the car park .

Only one set? Definately not good enough. Send a complaint to the DHB demanding a cancan revue every afternoon at a minimum.
