    Must be the way you cutting the legs off. I normally bone them out in the bush.
    I always cut them off and hang them in a tree then skin them and bone them out from there.Tthat way you have hair free meat .
    Normally dont have any big issue cutting them off and having hair as a problem. Always cut from the inside out
