That is a good one. Have seen and killed bigger domestic animals, but they had no shortage of tucker and no need to do much which left very fatty meat that was nowhere near as nice and tasty looking as that!

My Doc wasn't happy with my colesterol for a while, I switched to butter & beef fat. She has since said "keep doing whatever you're doing" and I'm loving it.
Absolutly hate the fact that fridges no longer have butter softeners in them, I can have nice spreadable butter on the bench for 3-4 months during summer but the rest of the year it's hard as a rock.
