    Excellent use for possums !!

I see on the news tonight there is a push from a south island company to produce more fur fashion garments namely the good old possum !!!
I hope it takes off, would be great to see more possums caught and put to good use and get rid of the 1080 which in my opinion is out dated
and a disgrace in a country that is finally starting to take note of potential pollutants spread on the land and indirectly into the water ways.
No doubt the companies who stand to benefit from the use of 1080 will come up with ways to justify the continuing millions spent by the tax payer
won the control of the ingrained furry little pest.
    What say you??

It has been an obvious way to go for years.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Certainly has been, trouble is the animal activist put a stop to it all many years ago, but didn't realise that possums are killed and wasted here unlike in other countries.
any thing to stop the spread of toxic waste in our forests is good in my books.

My two cents- get a hole heap of doll bludgers and give them each a bag of possum traps. Two birds with one stone

Which they would promptly sell on Trade Me and go back to bludgeoning dolls.

Yeah I've skinned possums for a living. Good money but hard work there's a lot to it. I don't think many of the people your talking about could handle it

Fair enough mate. Dunno about you guys but nothing gets more on my nerve than 19% of my hard earned money going to someone that has no intention of getting a job and is using the doll as a lifestyle rather than a lifeline. They need a hurry up by the govt to get off there arses and start paying there way rather than thinking the world owes them something. Noticed a dispute on the news the other night about doll bludging pricks complaining about having to pay tax on there free money. What a joke Dont get me wrong i hold nothing against people that are using the doll to get back on the horse but i feel this is a absolute pisstake in our society
If god didn't want us to eat animals he wouldn't have made them out of food.
