About LinkBacksSure thing. As a starting point a 9ft 6 weight rod will see you fishing 95% of what NZ has on offer including kahawai and snapper if you want to go out on the salt. Airflo do some really good sets from $150-$600 that will get you out amongst it. Where are you based? Let me know and I could probably point you in the right direction with flies and gear you'll need.
