I have to disagree. From what I have seen they have been extremely proactive and professional and great representatives too the govt on our behalf. They have a foot in the door re legislation and I can see a place for them having close to ultimate control over much of our resource.
What we do need, is to grow up as a group and start a method from within our community too at least partially fund them.
