Thread: Help - Wellington goats/deer

Hi all,

I am in Wellington for a couple weeks. I have my boots and jacket and am keen to get out for a bit of a walk with a family members rifle and see what I can get....only problem is I don't know where is good up here as I'm from Canterbury.

I have a car with full tank of gas and am looking at going Monday next week starting early and home by night. Don't care how early or late. Based in upper hutt for the week.

I PMed @jord yesterday. Going for more ducks this weekend again else would have taken him for the goat shoot. offered him for duck shoot though.. still waitin for a reply as he is tryin to get hold of a shotgun..

thanks to all for PMs and suggestions. i'm heading to a "secret" stream over wairarapa ways with a mate i knew from a while back tomorrow so should be good.
