    I have no expertise so a guesstimate only. Pedicles look lowish to the skull ( a closer pic could help more ? ) and the teeth show a few years of wear. My pick is 7 to 8 years, maybe to 9 years tops. @Micky Duck are you able to get the jaw aged ? Local NZDA maybe ...?

    Cut a maller across and count the rings just like a tree.See how close you get to a NZDA ring count.

    Could be anywhere between 6-10.

    Judging by teeth wear is only applicable if you have a good sample of commensurate jaws from the area.

    Used to work on an island that held good reds but the tooth wear from eating seaweed was very high.
