    Hunting in the Mt Cook area! URGENT help!

    Hi everyone!
    Please a little help, going to drop my kids in twizel and going for a maybe over night hunt in that area, any "easy" ish suggestions?
    I do know the area but not the hunting places, @gimp are you around?

    Hoophorn or Sawyer stream or just drive up the road towards the glacier lake and glass the faces above the road.

    Cruising up the gravel road past the lookout spot (Tasman) is probably the easiest method and keeps options open I.e walk/drive along glassing until you spot some then plan your hunt from there, keeps options open rather than being restricted to one creek system (no good when you only have one night and your crewed if no huntable animals present themselves after the climb up)
