Love it. Mines the "Classic" model, non switch 21.5" barrel. At least the equal of a Sako. They can be a bit heavy, but mine has a light bit of wood on it. Mines taken a right old beating and has never let me down. Recoil was no problem, but got a suppressor on it now for mine and the dog's ears.

I worry about losing the mag. That's the only negative feature. But I would have another one in a heart beat. The suppressor doesn't change the point of impact. It holds its zero well and shoots everything I've fed it under an inch at the max.

Yeh I envy you guys and your suppressors, if you find the right bloke here you can get one made but if you get caught its curtains for your gun license and possible jail time so just not worth the risk funnily enough ha

Really? I handled a 243 and it was light as buggery and just had that same feel as my bros steyr which kicks like a clydesdale especially when I was getting one in 300WM, having said that it was the interchangable barrel model - cant remember the name, so that might be the difference.

I know what you mean about the mag, the button looks and works great but functionality in the bush is another thing.

    Nth Wairarapa, up near you.

Probably influenced by the odd escapee. You probably know where from.
