    Do it whilst you still can, you get a lot of bang for your buck with this hunt, the moose and whitetail in USA would cost A LOT more than this adventure!!

    We ate ibex for lunch and dinner everyday, it was lovely. A strong tasting lamb/mutton. It wasn't tough like I imagine a 9 year old animal would taste. We had soups, broths, steaks, stews. We ate it cold off the bone with bread. I would be more than happy to eat it again!!
