    Things that I carry that have been used in the last many years:

    Panadol
    Band aids.
    Some burn cream I picked up somewhere. Good for insect bites and sunburn as well. It's old now. Not sure whats in it. Probably eucalyptus oil and cocaine.

    And thats it. I carry a proper bandage as well in case I have a slip with a knife, but have not used one yet.

    I use to carry much more as a young man, but it was bulky and never got used. I think you have to accept certain risks are higher. I dont prepare for a gunshot wound. I dont think there is much point. I have seen a lot of them. Best to not get shot.

    I do prepare for hyperthermia, which is the greatest risk in what we do. I do that by dressing properly.
