    Greetings sometimes1,
Glad to hear you are tracking down the problem and have not lost your sense of humor. When we are young , in our 20's, 30's and early 40's, we think we are bullet proof. In our late 40's and 50's we often have it pointed out to us, rather rudely at times, that we are not. This not by our Doctor or our family but by our bodies. Some of us hear the message, as I think you have, and make the adjustments. I have been in an ongoing scrap with arthritis since my late teens but knowing the problem and what I need to do about it has made it much easier to deal with. Enjoy your trip but take it easy and let us know how you get on.
    Regards Grandpamac.
