    Nice fat reds

Bit late but went out on monday for an afternoon walk looking for a fat freezer filler spiker/stag. Saw 4 spikers and a hind out at 290m on the edge of some pines. Couldnt get closer as there were goats and parrys between myself and the deer and all around at that. So posted up on a knob and sent a round down range and got myself a fat spiker. And a friend dropped a spiker aswell so we had one each, wrapped!

Cleaned out our animals and had about a 300m carry back around to the fence where we could get the bike to, huffing and puffing we dropped out venny over the fence off out backs and talking casually. Turned around and looking down the track amd there was a nice stag with a decent head on him. (And could get the bike to him) put a round in the 308 and sent one 150m and dropped him on the spot.

Cheers team, heaps of steaks off that stag. And about 40kilo of mince with the off cuts.
