I thought that there was a lot of risk if the wind came up or some of those snow sheets were to move. Dont think my Kahunas are big enough

Awesome adventure, they do it very well.

As for climbing, I wouldn’t have the nerve for it.

Good show, just hope they dont do too much high risk climbing for our sake.Id be happy just with ground level hunting on tv instead of mountain top hunting.

I think this is the best hunting show out at the moment by a long shot. The missions /adventures that team gets up to is hard to believe and pretty inspiring (I will never climb anything like they did in that last episode haha).

Hats off to that team, what an extreme episode! In all aspects! Emil is a weapon!

Should the helicopter pilots know where the no-fly zones are?
I'd have thought that that they should - much like restricted fly zones.

I'm disappointed that a charter pilot would willingly violate a restricted air space.

    An excellent double episode.

    The pilots will know.
They will also know that to land on conservation land you need a concession from DOC, and you can only land at designated landing sites.

The pilots all know where they can and cannot go, read the early heli hunting books and they all deem poaching as fine if not caught, just like a certain current neighbour of mine.

Watched last night’s episode - what a big body that bull had, a shame about the broken tines.
I noticed they now use a suppressor instead of a brake?

I think it depends on what rifle they’re using for the trip. The big wildcat 7s (Fatmax, etc) wear brakes, but 284s, 270 and 7Rem mag use suppressor. I think it was a 7RM they were shooting in last night episode.

Bloody impressive effort for a day hunt….. BIG country is an understatement

I quite like the broken tines as it gives the head character

I actually thought it wasnt such a huge body...and looking at head, the comment Willey had made earlier about smaller body makes head look huge came to mind. still a beautiful animal and one heck of an achievement..and plurry well earned too...GO Fi you are the gal.... good on the WHOLE team for wrap around support, said it before but that Emil is a hell of a machine.....my legs turn ache just seeing the weight of gear he carries.Willey looked to be doing the carry out pretty hard too.
was trying to work out age of Greg n Fiona..if Willey is early 30s,they have to be nudging 60 plus all around another great show.
