OH sweet! - I will definitely make sure i'm there. I finally scored that illusive deep freezer i've been waiting on so I've got room for meat.

The only thing I dont have is a gps yet. Like I said if anyone needs a ride from Auckland then send me a pm.

no.......... i only use a compas as they dont need batteries and can get wet be dropped and work under cloud and canopy!!!

I have the garmin etrex 10. Its very basic with no map and its pretty shit at knowing when you've spun it around. I get around with a map and compass and use it to find my position and to get me to any spots I've marked. It gets a lock as good as anything does and its pretty cheap. Good place to start.
