    Scouting for birds

    Any of the fur and antler chasers around here seen large numbers of ducks/geese/pigeons around Canterbury on farm paddocks etc while out and about?

    Going to be heading out for a scout soon but if anyone has seen any around I'd love to have a head start.

    Talking geese specifically? Gotta be 200 m from water on agricultural paddocks for summer duck season.

    Might be a bit of a haul getting goose decoys into some areas.
