We watched it all this week, well done Shay!.
He'll be extremely proud of himself as is his family, mates and the rest of NZ.
I'd love to know what the process is once back on the boat...I would have thought it would be back to base, a full doctor check over, shower, light nutritous meal building up to a full sized feed (stomach would have shrunk?), decent sleep then on a plane next day.
Or maybe shower, huge feed of anything you want then on a bird home that day?. What do others reckon?.

Just caught the season wrap on TVNZ on demand with all the contestants back together.
Was pretty interesting.
