    yea just soaked it and sat there with a knife taking all the remaining flesh off. brought a bottle of peroxide from the chemist $6 and brushed it on in the sun. waited for it to dry then applied another 10 or so coats. it eventually whitened up. got it sussed for a my 12 point bush stag this roar

    Boil the head with in a day or two water blast it and you dont get the fat leach inthe bone, turning the skull off white no need to bleach .. thats if your wanting to euro mount it ..

    I boiled mine up within a day, took some off but there was still a lot of brains and ich inside it. I put it in the washouse for another day and everything turned to leather as 'another day' turned out to be like four weeks....woops. It's still in a bucket soaking atm. I wish I had a waterblaster!!!

    Youv only got like 4 inches square of the top skull plate! should be a piece of piss to clean. give it another quick boil and peal of any membrain or meat bit of bleach and bobs your auntie.

    Yeah but I'm a noob remember it's kinda knarley/cut on an angle, I might do the wood saw trick and just mount in on a nice slab of tree meat. I'll have a new house in a couple of weekends, I'll need it sorted by then
