    There maybe some more context to this clip that I haven’t seen, but the yanks never fail to make you laugh or say wtf sometimes.

    Haha.
    With the company he's keeping there will be some tall stories involved. @clem might know more

    Is that on Molesworth ?
    Would seem to be shooting fairly close to the road if so. But, I could be wrong.

    Do they have wallaby on Molesworth? There’s another vid of them smacking over a few.

    No. Wallaby are not present on Molesworth, yet. Not for lack of wishful thinking by some individuals though, occasionally hear of individuals suggesting they would be good sport if present in the top of the south. Fking muppets.

    Knowing wild pigs, I’d say he’ll be absolutely fine if it was only a flesh wound. Not ideal though.

    @woods223
    Thanks. Not the first, or last, time I'm wrong.
    Yeah, hopefully Molesworth never sees Wallabies. But, heaps of habitat there they would happily colonise I suspect.

    Wallaby eggs..... OK. Does he also know that wallabies have been known to fly at heights of up to 10,000 ft, and sucking one into an airliners engine can cause a nasty crash.

    Not with that shot. If it was a little lower a big cal would probably break the spine though.

    The most common mistake Ive seen with pigs is shooting too high. Most dont realise how low the heart lungs are. Luckily most decent cals will break the spine.

    Especially in the neck. A poor head shot to far back or a neck shot to high will drop a pig on the spot, but its only a flesh wound so if you sit and wait, you'll watch it get up and run away.
