    Wapiti Photos

Fourty years ago as a schoolboy I completed the Mountain Safety Council firearms training course at Burnham Camp.
The two blokes who took us through that course were champions, really great hard case, urine extractors of the highest order. Just what was needed to keep us lot on our toes and make sure we internalised all the lessons.
One thing that I have never forgotten was an amazing photo of 11 ( I think ) Wap Bulls and Reds standing together below a bluff in Fiordland.
The MSC champion who had taken the photo was a bloke named Chris Stock.
Does anyone have a copy of that photo, it was the best wap photo I have ever seen?

Is that an eartag hole I see?

Cut a few of those out myself, before the animal leaves the shed for the last time..

@Moa Hunter, just saw your post on the latest Wapiti thread. Had a look online but couldn't find the Chris Stock photo. This thread was looking for the same thing, wonder if anyone else has it???
