I carry a 3l bladder but it's only so full as I need it to get from one water source to the next. Dont underestimate how much water you can drink - I surprised myself in drinking 5L in one day when I was on the tops in fiordland! I had to loose a couple hundred metres elevation to refill, which wasn't fun on an already hard day's walking.

I use a Kathmandu one and I don't much like it, the hose leaks when tipped down.

It didn't sound cheeky to me Phillip. It sounded like Gibo was concerned and giving you good advice. Mate if it is dripping then get to the doc. Oh the hose on your bladder ... my bad.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
