    I think that is probably good advice for snares, small game ambling along there trail would most likely ground scent something foren given that they are close to the ground and on familiar terrain and smells on a trail(where you would most likely set a snare)

    For our big game pretty much if the wind goes straight from you to them your stuffed and no weathering or fancy washing stuff will help you,having said that i do use a sport wash with no scent but more importantly no uv brighteners.
