Vortex Viper PST maybe? But it is a 4-16... Comes in mil/mil. http://www.eurooptic.com/vortex-vipe...br-1-mrad.aspx

    or this: https://theopticzone.com/products-pa...mil-dot-matte/

Pushing your $ limit though... Its mil/mil

Really you need to look through a few scopes at targets at 700 to decide if 10x is enough magnification. If its a hunting rifle that you are more likely to shoot at 200-300 99% of the time then a 10x is plenty, but if its going to be used at longer ranges more often than not, then a higher mag scope would be a better option. A long range rig generally doesn't make for a good bush rifle, so having a 3 bottom end compared to a 4 shouldn't be too much of a concern...
If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
