not in a fast twist barrel it wont be..... 1;12 at 3000 fps = 3000x60seconds =180,000 rpm an 1;8 twist is 180,000 plus half that 90,000 18plus9=27 poke the zeroes back on 270,000 which anywhich way you look at it is a hell of a lot of G force/centrifugal force trying to rip projectile apart and thats at 3000 fps bump it up by % and the RPM goes up by same percentage
