Good. But you will have to teach it the difference between a Red and a Fallow. You were Fallow hunting.

I was fallow hunting and I found 40kg of biltong and sausages walking around my fallow block. I couldn't just leave it there.

How much does the rifle weigh as pictured?

Were you using the 108 ELD-Ms?

Do you know how heavy the EH8 is?
Looks like it should be heavier than that based in pictures?

    This is all well
    My head
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

3.85kg with an empty 6rd Magpul AICS

The suppressor cover adds about 80gm (3.85 includes this)

EH8 may be a little heavier than the Glacier

It's on the cards. Where does one actually obtain decent .22LR ammunition from these days though? Lapua, Eley, SK

    It's extremely difficult.

Beretta NZ have taken over distribution of RWS now so it might be easier to get in the future.
Eley comes in waves with TSNZ, so if you find a source of it you need to plan ahead. Used to be more regular but shipping has been difficult for last few years.

Norma Tac seems to be the go to ammo for most shooters these days, comes in fairly regularly and not badly priced, shot pretty well for most people.

I think Belmont are still the official dealers of Lapua and SK, haven't seen any if that for years.
Hopefully someone else takes over distribution as the are completely useless.

Question for Gimp, what reticle are you using in the vx6,
I'm also using 6mm GT tried it at Sparrowhawk as well, got dusted in the wind ,was using my old 4.5 x14x50 MK4 with no zero stop.
Had a lot of fun, took my son,he also enjoyed it .
Would also love to do more ,same conundrum with time and finance.
I've not tried the GT on deer yet, wasn't sure it was up to the task.

All of those 3 make high quality match ammunition.
The big question is where can you get consistent supply of good quality mid range products in volumes that with a little stock piling allow for regular practice.

Yes that is my question. Noone in NZ seems to stock any of them even occasionally in small quantities any more
