I'd like one in 7-08 , seen a couple lately, was told of a couple of new 75's in a shop are they better than 85's

Both my 85's, One Finn and one Wood Blue are very accurate and lighter than the equivalent 75.Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Have owned both and I like the 85 better, better mag release and recoil lug design,stock design.
"Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

I still own both and vietnamcam is correct, but both models are still very very nice rifles with high resale value

On the same track but different; does anyone know if all Sako 85 barrels have the same thread on them? So can be screwed straight on?
A 243 to a 308 for instance? Same bolt and design.?
I know they have the same action length.

They should be yes tho headspace should be checked with Sako quality I would be surprised if it was out significantly.
