Thread: Another Good C#nt Review

* Second hand MDT HNT26 rifle chassis of unknown age or original purchase origin.
* The MDT adjustable recoil pad I purchased to fit doesn't line up with the existing holes.
* I email MDT who tell me Impact Sports in Tauranga are the NZ MDT agents.
* An email to Impact sports was promptly responded asking me to forward the chassis.
* A few days later the chassis arrives back with the adjustable recoil pad fitted.
* Turns out I had a first gen chassis that had a different hole pattern, Impact Sports
team fitted a complete new gen rear folder stock.
* No charge for anything despite being second hand & unknown purchase.
* MDT were fantastic to deal with, Stuart & Isabelle of Impact Sports continued with amazing service.

This far exceeded my expectations & I have no need to look beyond MDT or anything in the Impact Sports stables.
Fantastic service..... & even just received a Christmas card! Thanks for setting the customer service bar so high!
