    GWH.....bad news. Yust got the very sad news that Howa canned the 6mm ARC idea.

    6mm BRA it is then.

    Ballistically the same as a 6mm-204, but in a short powder column. I'm sure that 75gr load is mild as that's what I get with my 6x45.

    Yes Grant has a 6mmARC reamer, I got a 1x10 twist as didn't want to shoot the heavier bullets. The 75gn vmax are very accurate and most effective with CFE 223.
    To me its only a 400mtr cartridge on animals

    I’m guessing the Ruger ranch rifle will be available in 6mmarc using AR mags. These guns have a nice cold hammer forged barrel.
