Marlin 49DL a delightful little semiauto - if still in good condition. Made around 1968-78 with two piece stock and forend seperated by scroll worked metal receiver. American burr walnut. Very nice semi based on Marlin 60 internals. Slim to handle, 15 shot tube which would need pinning, and very accurate. Typical Marlin semi so needs to be run with action kept clean, almost dry with just a drop on bolt, and with CCI ammos for best cycling. If you can get a good one grab it. Lovely wee 22 - I'd have another if I could find one...
