As good as the design may be from a repeatability point of view that would be a utter fluke if zero on two different barrels was the same on one scope.... extreamly unlikely.
Which is why I asked as to the point of the quick release scopes attached to barrels, I guess has a use if you use and carry two scopes for one hunt with one barrel as R93 does but I would rather just use one decent scope.
If the scope was mounted to an action as many other switch barrels are then quick release scopes make perfect sense as you need to replace the scope for the zero of each barrel or have the poi shift written down or use a scope like on the Sako quad with separate zeros built into the scope for each barrel.
