    boyds thumbhole stock

    am looking at buying this for my ruger260
    as it being a varmint thumbhole is it only for heavy contour barrels?

    As far as I could work out that was the case, I wanted a varmint one too, but having a light barrel means it would look silly, you yes you could fit a light barrel into it, but it might look a bit odd.
