    My last .308 was 18” with a magnum dpt I shot factory sako 150gn points and the more expensive sako 165tgk they both shot the near enough the same at 100 I used the soft point in calm conditions out to 200-250 and if it was gusty and 200-400 I’d use the 165gn worked well for me 3-10 scope
