Cheers Tahr I looked for ages but couldn't find an relation, found the two links.
That would make it 1899 ? am I reading that correctly.
My brother inlaw bought it from a friend of a friend at work etc, you know how it goes, then asked me about it, not before.
One of the cut down sporters that came in here in the early 90's by the look, stock is a bit rough but the rifling is very sharp, receiver and barrel look good and someone has put nighteater scope on it
I think it will serve him well for what he wants.
