Thread: Cerakote and Rust

Yes I believe the coating is a similar cramic coating to cerakote. And I get that the finish won't be fantastic on a fairly cheap factory rifle. Just expected a bit more life out of it. Only 18 months old.

Don't really want to spend the coin on re coating it for now. Probably just stick with stainless next time. Rust can be managed with regular maintenance at least.
